The Student Trustee receives a $1,在其服务年度的每个秋季和春季学期开始时提供875美元的津贴, for a total of $3,750 stipend in recognition of the time spent as a trustee.

The Alternate Student Trustee will receive a $937.50 stipend per fall and spring semester for a total of $1,875.

The application deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 在任何一所十大网赌正规网址官网注册，并能够在5月1日开始的学期中服役st and end on April 30th of the following year;
  • Have a GPA of at least 2.5; and 
  • Not hold an earned post-secondary degree

Also Encouraged: 

  • Proof of community service hours; and 
  • Participated in a Student Club or Organization 

 

Applying students are to submit:

  • A Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) form; and 
  • A presentation one week before the Board Meeting.

In the interview, be ready to discuss:

  • Your academic standing;
  • Your community serve hours;
  • The demographic make-up of all the Alamo Colleges (social, economic, and historical backgrounds) and how they make each student population unique; and

Application Timeline

Jan. 16 – Open for applications

Feb. 29 – Student Trustee Application Deadline by 11:59 p.m.

Mar. 18-24 – SGA application review and interviews

Mar. 25, 2024 -学生受托人候选人提交给董事会(每所学院一名候选人)

Apr. 23, 2024 – Board of Trustees application review/interview process. Student Trustee selected by the Board at a Special Meeting
